By accessing or using MeBirth ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use MeBirth. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate and truthful profile information.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing our rules.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Service without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation or spam.

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile photos, bio text, etc.). By submitting content, you grant MeBirth a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

You represent that your content does not violate the rights of any third party and that you have all rights necessary to grant the above license. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding user-submitted content) — including but not limited to the MeBirth name, logo, and software — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEBIRTH AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the Service. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where MeBirth operates. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
